Cross Point Retreat is available for use year round by any Christian organization, but reservations are required. The reservation request form is to the left. Please call (865) 679-3512 for availability of dates. We do not hold dates until a reservation form and deposit have been received.

Overnight reservations begin at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 1:00 pm on the day of departure. Later departure times can be arranged if another group is not scheduled to arrive on your departure date. Rates are $10 per person for each overnight stay with a minimum group charge of $200 per night or $350 per weekend (plus $50 for each additional weeknight).

Weekend and weeklong groups are also encouraged to perform service work to assist with basic maintenance and minor improvements at the retreat. Please inquire about specific service tasks if your group is interested.

Week day use of the retreat is charged at a flat rate of $100. Day use does not include any access to the lower, dormitory level of the lodge.

The retreat may be used at no cost by ministers and youth leaders for day or overnight visits during the week. However, such use may only be reserved 7 days or less in advance.

Use of the retreat by any individual or group is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use which are set forth in the Forms section of this website, and anyone visiting the retreat consents to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
